Hello fellow travelersmain-logo_NILE (3).png

I’m planning a trip to Egypt soon and I’d love some help putting together the best holiday package. I know Egypt has so much to offer — ancient history, the Nile, big cities, and desert adventures — but it's a little overwhelming to plan entirely on my own.
Here’s what I’m thinking for my trip:
  • Duration: ~10–12 days
  • Interests: Historical sites (pyramids, temples), Nile cruises, desert tours, local markets, and traditional food
  • Travel style: Mid-range (not super luxury but comfortable, with good guides)
  • Key priorities: Safety, good guides, flexibility in the package (free time + guided tours)
Questions for the community:
  1. Which tour companies or travel agents do you recommend for holiday packages in Egypt that cover the sites I mentioned?
  2. Have you done a Nile cruise? If yes, which section (Luxor–Aswan, or another) was the most memorable?
  3. For desert tours, what’s better: a 2‑day desert trip or just a day trip? And which desert region (e.g. White Desert, Sinai) is worth it?
  4. Any tips for budget vs quality trade‑offs in Egypt (hotels, food, transport)?
  5. Safety advice: Are there any areas to avoid or things to watch out for?

Also, if anyone has recent experience (last 2‑3 years) or can share sample itineraries or package costs, that would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance

Hi everyone! 🌴✈️

If you’re planning a trip to Egypt, I highly recommend checking out some well-curated holiday packages in Egypt. They make exploring this amazing country so much easier—covering everything from the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, to the beautiful Nile cruises and Red Sea resorts.

Depending on your interests, you can choose packages that focus on history, adventure, or relaxation. For example:
  • Historical tours: Cairo, Luxor, Aswan – perfect for exploring ancient temples and museums.
  • Beach & leisure packages: Sharm El Sheikh or Hurghada – ideal for snorkeling, diving, and enjoying the Red Sea.
  • All-in-one packages: Combining Nile cruises with desert safaris for a full Egyptian experience.

Booking a package can save time and sometimes money, plus you get guided tours which really enhance the experience.
If anyone wants, I can also share a few reliable tour providers that offer great deals on holiday packages in Egypt.

Happy traveling! 🌞🏺Po

Hi everyone,

Thanks for sharing these amazing suggestions about Egypt! I’ve been researching the best holiday packages myself and found that planning around the main attractions like Cairo, Luxor, and the Nile cruises really makes a difference.egypt_budget_th-r89psuyafwd6w2jaz97kitfzyhmuevg6h55x3jtuwo (2).jpg

If anyone’s looking for a bit more guidance on curated Egypt tours, I recently checked out Nile Holiday — they offer detailed itineraries and tips for first-time travelers. It helped me a lot in understanding how to combine sightseeing with comfortable travel

Would love to hear if anyone has personal experiences with Nile cruises or luxury tours in Egypt — any recommendations are welcome!
