My girlfriend and I will be traveling to the USA next August for our honeymoon. We’ll fly into Denver and visit Rocky Mountain NP, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Cody, and then return to Denver. The whole trip will last 14 days.We currently have one extra day in our itinerary, and I’m not sure where to use it.My question:Should we drive straight from Rocky Mountain NP to Jackson Hole and spend the extra night in Grand Teton?Or should we drive from Rocky Mountain NP to Flaming Gorge, spend the night camping near the reservoir, and continue to Jackson Hole the next day?

Our itinerary so far:
Day 1: Arrive in Denver, overnight in Denver
Days 2–3: Rocky Mountain NP
Day 4: Drive to Jackson Hole
Day 5: Grand Teton NP
Day 6: Drive to Yellowstone
Days 7–10: Yellowstone
Day 11: Cody
Day 12: Casper
Day 13: Return to Denver + fly home

As mentioned, we have one extra day that we’re trying to place. Any suggestions or experiences are welcome!
