Anyone else rethinking their World Cup trip to the U.S. after all the ICE stuff going on lately?

I’ve been seeing a bunch of stories about travelers getting stopped or questioned at airports, and it’s honestly making me a bit nervous about going. I was super hyped for the World Cup, but now I’m wondering if it’s worth the stress.

For anyone who’s been to the U.S. recently did you have any issues with immigration or border checks? Curious if this is just social media making it look worse than it is or if people are actually running into trouble.

Most short-term visitors with a valid ESTA/visa clear itinerary and proof of onward travel still get processed routinely, even when enforcement headlines spike. If the current climate worries you, keep your documents tidy, allow extra time on arrival and check your government’s latest travel advisory before you book anything non-refundable.
