We booked a room block for an event at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma and about 38 rooms are still available. Guests can book any nights within that window; no requirement to take the full block.

The rate is around $350-$400/night and includes the full breakfast buffet, versus $600-$700 through standard channels for the same room category.

Hi everyone! Quick update: the hotel just confirmed there are now about 25 rooms left at the same 350–400 USD/night rate with full breakfast included (public rates for these dates are usually 600–700+).

I don’t make any money from this, we just overbooked our event block and I’d rather see the rooms used.

That’s actually a solid deal for that area - Reforma gets pricey fast; I’d grab it soon though, those blocks tend to disappear last minute.
