    As for buses from medinah and other cities try North West Bus, for an extra 50 SAR you can fly, Uber are OK to use,

    No you just need to be patient, got my tourist visa before I left, easy to apply

    Just to let you know the Masmak Fort is closed today 8th February for at least a few more months the whole place is being renovated.
