Volunteering in South America

Hello everyone, I'm a 19-year-old guy who lives in Italy. I was planning to do a month of volunteer work in South America. I would like to carry out some activities in the field of conservation of the local flora and fauna. Do you know of any association that can allow me to have this type of experience, and that, in exchange for work, reimburses me for the expenses for this type of experience? If you have good ability in Spanish, you might be able to find something where they will provide room and board in return for your services. I know the lodge I stayed at in Colombia, in an indigenous village, has offered that from time to time.
