Is it worthwhile starting the walk in Cadiz rather than starting in Seville?

If you're walking the Camino de Santiago, starting in Cadiz would mean that you'd follow a different route than the traditional Camino de Santiago, but it would still offer a unique and scenic experience. Have walked five Caminos and plan on walking the Plata. Was thinking of starting in Cadiz as on one Camino I walked into Santiago next to a group of young women who had started in Cadiz.
