Visa for Chile

I am trying to apply for a visa for Chile
Can anyone help me with filling the visa application form. I need to know what I have to put in the section that covers relatives in Chile. I don't have any relatives there so I can't fill it in, but how do I get past this page, it doesn't seem possible when I don't have information to add. Can someone please help me.

Is this an online application? Maybe just put a "." or N/A in the name field?

are you sure you need a visa, not a simple entry form? In this case you can file it in advance or - simpler - at the airport
